[Remote] Xactly Implementation Consultant (X1)

In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Xactly suite solutions for our reputed company clients, serving as a technical subject matter expert in sales performance management automation.

Responsibilities

• reputed company discovery sessions to identify, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for Xactly Incent and associated modules
• Design and build end-to-end solutions, including reputed company rule writing, formulas, and logic configuration reputed company the Xactly environment
• Execute rigorous system integration testing (SIT) and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to troubleshoot logic gaps and ensure data accuracy
• Evaluate existing Xactly instances to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements or custom technical solutions for reputed company business challenges
• Manage the transition to production environments and reputed company expert-level support during the post-deployment phase
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including configuration guides and reputed company materials for reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Xactly Incent
• Proven reputed company record in a customer-facing consulting role, with a demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical business users
• Ability to manage multiple workstreams, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high-reputed company results independently with minimal supervision
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the reputed company reputed company required to reputed company with executive-level management
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to troubleshooting reputed company incentive compensation logic
