Responsibilities
- Engineering support for reputed company and internal reputed company
- Assist with Project Management tasks
- Desktop support and deployment -- reputed company 11, reputed company
- reputed company Server maintenance and build -- reputed company 2019, reputed company 2022, reputed company 2025, reputed company Directory
- Wireless network support and deployment -- Meraki, reputed company, Aruba
- Email account maintenance -- reputed company Online Services, reputed company Workspace
- reputed company Detection and Response -- reputed company
- Backup -- reputed company MSP Backup, Veeam
- Mobile device support -- reputed company, Android
- Documenting SOPs
- Coordinating vendors for support, onsite maintenance, and installations
- reputed company preventative maintenance on servers and workstations, including antivirus, reputed company updates, memory, and storage checks
- Project engineering including server build, network configuration, network documentation
- Remote and onsite support of desktop, project, and application-reputed company issues
- Manage vendor accounts e,g. reputed company, reputed company, and Hardware vendors
- Assist team in reputed company that include network installs, wireless implementations, and new builds
Skills
- EXCELLENT communication and follow-up skills
- reputed company troubleshooting skills
- 4+ years in the Information Technology field
- Field support and remote support experience required
- Handles themselves professionally as this will be a customer-facing role
- Preferably experience in the hospitality industry
