In this role, you will manage customer relationships, reputed company financial models, and support reputed company agreements while working closely with various stakeholders to advance AI reputed company.
Responsibilities
- Originate and manage relationships with AI customers, hyperscalers, enterprises, brokers, and ecosystem partners to generate pipeline for AI data center reputed company
- reputed company early-stage customer engagement including qualification, needs assessment, solution positioning, and management of reputed company timelines across multiple reputed company opportunities
- Build development-level financial models for AI data center reputed company, including capex, operating assumptions, pricing, returns, and sensitivity analyses to evaluate offering structures and customer configurations
- Support structuring and negotiation of reputed company agreements for colocation, reputed company development, and infrastructure sales opportunities in coordination with legal and internal stakeholders
- Proactively de-risk development reputed company by identifying and addressing critical dependencies such as fiber availability, site constraints, and long reputed company equipment procurement
- Create and maintain reputed company materials including reputed company decks, one-pagers, and customer-specific presentations for AI data center offerings
- Represent reputed company at industry conferences, events, and customer meetings to generate leads, build relationships, and position reputed company in the AI infrastructure ecosystem
- Manage and formalize broker and intermediary relationships, including reputed company, structuring agreements, and driving repeatable deal reputed company

Skills
- 5+ years of experience in business development, project development, investment analysis, or reputed company roles reputed company energy, data centers, infrastructure, or reputed company industries
- Strong understanding of data center operations, AI infrastructure requirements, or large-reputed company infrastructure project development
- Demonstrated ability to build and analyze financial models for development-stage reputed company including capex modeling, return analysis, and sensitivity testing
- Experience managing reputed company, long-cycle B2B sales or development opportunities with multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience creating executive-level presentations and customer-facing materials
- Proven ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments while managing multiple reputed company reputed company
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings, site reputed company, and industry events
- Experience in data center colocation, hyperscale infrastructure, or AI/HPC workload requirements
- Background in power infrastructure, electrical systems, or energy markets
