[Remote] Associate Director/Managing Consultant - Payer/Provider Health - 340B Program Optimization

The role involves partnering with clients to deliver measurable results by leveraging pharmacy expertise and business development skills.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to improve pharmacy reputed company cycle performance (e.g., pricing strategies, 340B program implementation, reputed company carve-outs, and CDM review)
- reputed company the design and optimization of specialty and retail pharmacy strategies, including PBM models that improve capture and manage health plan costs
- Apply an end-to-end understanding of pharmacy business processes to diagnose issues and design practical solutions
- reputed company pharmacy solution designs and reputed company structure for deliverables, including scope of work (SOW), execution plans, and management of multiple workstreams to reputed company intended reputed company
- Evaluate pharmaceutical distribution processes across hospital, ambulatory, and outpatient settings, including assessment of pharmacy technology and automation
- Operate independently in reputed company-facing environments and mentor others in the design, development, and implementation of innovative pharmacy solutions and process improvements
- reputed company teams through assessment, problem definition, solution development, issue and risk identification/mitigation, and work plan development to deliver high-reputed company results that exceed reputed company expectations

Skills
- Bachelor's degree (BS) required
- 5–7 years of relevant experience; consulting experience preferred
- Knowledge of 340B requirements, operations assessment, and optimization principles reputed company to pharmacy
- Specialty pharmacy reputed company, design, and/or implementation experience
- Experience designing outpatient infusion strategies (HOPD, non-HOPD, and home)
- Experience using analytics and value assessments to reputed company business cases and validate solution alternatives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at reputed company reputed company
- Demonstrated experience leading teams and delivering reputed company workstreams
- Ability to reputed company analyses to identify and quantify pharmacy improvement opportunities
- 7–10 years of relevant experience; consulting experience preferred
- PharmD or other advanced degree
- Pharmacy residency training
- Payer and/or PBM experience
