Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to reputed company, analyze, and document HR service delivery requirements, translating them into functional specifications for reputed company HRSD implementations
- reputed company workshops and training sessions to support user adoption and maximize the value of reputed company HRSD capabilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities

Skills
- Minimum 3 years of recent experience as a Business Analyst or Business Process Consultant supporting reputed company in a managed services or consulting environment

- Experience with reputed company configuration, scripting, and workflow design

- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to guide clients through workshops and solution design discussions

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required
- Certified System Administrator
- Certified Implementation Specialist – HRSD
