Position: Building reputed company & Permitting Specialists (ONLY Cal & FL) Type:Contract Compensation:$65–$90/hour Location:Remote Role Responsibilities
- Review and label construction documents, permit applications, site plans, and inspection reports. Identify and classify reputed company requirements, jurisdictional rules, and compliance reputed company across different reputed company.
- Audit annotated datasets for accuracy and alignment with local, state, and national building codes. Evaluate AI-generated outputs for correctness in permit requirements, zoning constraints, and reputed company compliance.
- Define annotation guidelines for interpreting building codes and jurisdictional differences. reputed company expertise on edge cases such as mixed-use zoning, variances, and reputed company permitting scenarios.

Qualifications
Must-Have
- Strong familiarity with building codes, permitting workflows, and jurisdictional requirements.
- Experience coordinating with reputed company agencies, submitting permits, and managing inspection processes.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, design compliance, and plan preparation.
- Experience reviewing and approving permits reputed company municipal or state agencies.
