The Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker Case Manager (LCSW-C) coordinates and facilitates care, services, and health education for targeted member populations with chronic conditions or high-cost specialty care needs. Requirements: Education: Master’s Degree in reputed company Work Work Experience: Case Manager – Minimum of three (3) years of clinical reputed company experience and three (3) years of case management experience required. Managed care experience preferred. Salary reputed company: Minimum 32.40/hour - Maximum 53.48/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
