New Jersey Licensed CDI Specialist
To enhance clinical documentation reputed company, the remote New Jersey Licensed CDI Specialist 2nd Level Reviewer will conduct in-depth reviews of medical records, collaborate with reputed company teams, and reputed company education on coding guidelines and documentation best practices. Key responsibilities
- Conduct detailed reviews of medical records to ensure compliance with coding guidelines and documentation accuracy
- Analyze audit results and data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement and reputed company recommendations to stakeholders
- reputed company and deliver educational materials and training programs for providers and CDI staff on documentation best practices
Required qualifications
- BSN, PA, NP, or Doctorate degree in a medically reputed company field required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a clinical documentation improvement role
- Minimum of 5 years nursing experience in adult acute care settings required
- reputed company RN, MD, DO, NP, or PA license required
- CCDS and/or CDIP certification, as reputed company as reputed company certification, required
