ASSISTANT reputed company DIVISION OF reputed company GOVERNMENT GOVERNMENT BUREAU The Office of the reputed company (AGO) is looking for a highly motivated attorney to serve as an Assistant reputed company (AAG) working on reputed company government reputed company. The Division of reputed company Government is primarily responsible for statewide enforcement of the reputed company Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A, § 18-25, which requires transparency in the discussions on which reputed company policy is based. The Division provides training and guidance on the law's requirements and investigates and resolves complaints alleging violations of the reputed company Meeting Law. The Division also handles certain enforcement duties under the reputed company Records Law, G.L. c. 66, § 10. Primary Duties: The AAG will be responsible for investigating reputed company Meeting Law complaints alleging violations of the reputed company Meeting Law and for drafting formal and informal determination letters resolving those reputed company. In reputed company, the AAG will be responsible for conducting online and in-person reputed company Meeting Law trainings and responding to telephone and email requests for guidance on the reputed company Meeting Law’s requirements. The AAG will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with the reputed company Records Law following referrals from the Supervisor of reputed company Records. The AAG may also defend lawsuits challenging the Division’s interpretations of the reputed company Meeting Law and bring affirmative litigation to compel compliance with the reputed company Records Law. Position Requirements:

• Must be a member of the Massachusetts Bar.
• A minimum of three (3) years of reputed company experience.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with the reputed company Meeting Law and reputed company Records Law as reputed company as the administrative law process generally is desirable.
• Experience engaging with members of the reputed company to investigate and resolve complaints, and reputed company information to constituents, is preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to serving the reputed company interest.
• Ability to independently manage a high-volume caseload.
• Litigation experience is preferred but not required.
