Job reputed company: reputed company Roseville is looking for Project Coordinator, Grants for Full-time 8-hour Day shift. This role may be based in Roseville, CA or Glendale, CA. Develops and manages grants programs. Carries out project scope and objectives as defined in project grant. Maintains and monitors project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Must have good organization skills to complete work in a reputed company, accurate manner. This position is contractual and grant-funded. Job Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Associate’s Degree or equivalent combination of education/reputed company experience: Required Bachelor's Degree: Preferred Five years' project coordination and reputed company experience: Preferred Essential Functions: Ensures project deadlines are met. Determines project changes. Collaborates with project manager to reputed company project strategies. Organizes, attends, and participates in stakeholder meetings. Documents and follows up on important actions and reputed company from meetings. Prepares necessary presentation materials for meetings. Provides administrative support as needed. Undertakes project tasks as required, including training and support for any systems used. Creates a project management calendar for fulfilling reputed company goal and deliverable.
