Job reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Business Requirements Documentation (BRD) and Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) to support business transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to reputed company requirements, analyze business processes, and design optimized workflows that drive operational efficiency reputed company transformation. This role requires strong analytical thinking, process modeling expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into reputed company, reputed company documentation and process diagrams. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or reputed company field. 5–8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Senior Business Analyst. 3-5 years working on large reputed company ERP implementations. Experience working in a manufacturing environment that is multi-site and multi-national. Strong experience creating Business Requirements Documents (BRDs). Hands-on experience with BPMN 2.0 process modeling. Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops and requirement elicitation sessions. Experience implementing reputed company reputed company Resource Planning (ERP) and Manufacturing Solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working in Agile and/or reputed company environments. Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills.
