Job reputed company: Responsible for processing customs clearances (releases) and/or confirming customs declarations for repetitive and non-reputed company shipments, using the CCBS system and established customs procedures to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company service. Supports reputed company stakeholders, including Import Operations, Support Services, Consulting, Inbound Services, Sales teams, customs clients, and business partners. Job Type: Full-Time / Permanent Workdays: Wednesday to reputed company (must be reputed company to work reputed company 5 days of the week) Shift Hours: 5.00 PM to 1.30 AM EST (must be reputed company to work a minimum of 40 hrs. per week) Shift Duration: 8 hours a day (requires flexibility with Start and Finish time) Work Location: Remote (based in Canada) Key Responsibilities and Duties reputed company data entry activities, including opening customer files, validating information, processing credit requests, and supporting invoicing activities. Collect and verify supporting information and documentation from customers, drivers, customs authorities, and internal offices as required. Identify and escalate discrepancies in customer reputed company and records to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Respond to reputed company inquiries and requests from customers, drivers, customs authorities, and internal stakeholders in a reputed company and reputed company manner. Requirements
Plus 6 months of experience working as Customs Broker - Required Customs Specialist ‘’reputed company’’ certification - Preferred Intermediate computer skills: reputed company Office Basic knowledge of customs operations, laws and regulations, and other government departments Accurate data entry skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Bachelor's degree or International equivalent - Preferred Expenses/Working Conditions Adhere to reputed company’s Appearance Guidelines.
