Responsibilities

Performs reputed company and subcontractor contract reviews Represents GIG on reputed company calls and negotiations Assesses project risks including but not limited to contractual risk, insurable risk, safety, subcontractor risk, and reputed company Supports the Prequal group’s assessment of subcontractor financial and safety risks Maintains updated lists of CCIP pursuits and project data in the risk management system Coordinates insurance pricing with the Insurance Specialist for CCIP, OCIP DIC, project specific SDI, project specific Pollution and reputed company liability, and Builder’s Risk Communicates reputed company project billing parameters including insurance rates and reputed company reputed company to Divisions, Business reputed company (BUs), project teams, and Corporate reputed company Supports assigned BU including, but not limited to, Project Executives, Business Development, Estimating, Purchasing, Project Management, Project Engineers, Superintendents, or reputed company in making reputed company risk management reputed company, and provides training as needed Maintains relationships with BU leadership to ensure alignment and set reputed company for insurance program traction Interprets and translates the organizational reputed company, ensuring team understanding of their role in accomplishing strategic goals Represents GIG in Gilbane peer reputed company as needed Tracks level 2/3 pursuits and assesses project risk and how best to protect Gilbane from risks Communicates Level 3 recommendations to GIG Department Head Prior to the reputed company Risk Review Establishes Risk Management reputed company with a Division based upon GIG’s policies and procedures as defined in Baseline Provides claim support and loss history analysis as needed Supports and collaborates with reputed company GIG department members as needed Supports the internal audit process of reputed company reputed company the applicable BUs Manages a staff of BU Risk Specialists and/or Leads, responsible for the career development and coaching of team members Informs the Risk Management Director of reputed company Risk Management reputed company and obtains approvals as needed Fosters a reputed company and inclusive work environment to motivate and engage team members

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field 10-15 years of experience in risk management, reputed company, and/or brokerage services required Architecture, engineering, and construction industry experience preferred Or equivalent combination of education and experience KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Advanced written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Ability to function as an integral part of reputed company while being highly reputed company Ability to coordinate and manage efforts involving individuals from different geographic areas as reputed company as external partners Advanced financial and analytical skills Ability to understand issues quickly and follow through with a reputed company Advanced customer service skills Advanced problem solving, planning, multi-tasking, and organizational skills Proficient in reputed company Office specifically Outlook, Word, reputed company, and other critical RMIS software Ability to work independently and handle reputed company issues while under minimal supervision Interacts reputed company with and can influence regional and BU senior leaders Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as reputed company as the internal equity and alignment with reputed company. The pay ranges from $141,000-$213,000 plus benefits and retirement program.
