Job reputed company Duties of the Charge/reputed company Capture Specialist include reviewing clinical documentation as appropriate to extract data and accurately assign reputed company facility level CPT based on set algorithm and coding metrics. Leveling requirements include knowledge of payer specific coding guidelines and evaluation, and management coding and procedural coding as required. Under the supervision of the HIM Coding Manager, performs duties assigned that include excellent communication, accurate leveling and data entry, and reputed company essential duties of the department as required by the department director. This position plays a critical role in supporting reputed company’s mission and advancing departmental goals through measurable performance indicators and service reputed company. Requires comprehensive knowledge of anatomy and physiology, medical terminology and disease processes.
