About the Role
The Region Sales Manager delivers reputed company’s sales performance in a multi-state region growing distribution, managing distributor execution, and reputed company in key strategic accounts. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this is a reputed company-to-the-trade seat that owns the territory number end to end. You will manage distributor partnerships, drive points of distribution and depletions for our reputed company brands, and partner with national accounts and marketing to translate national programming into local plays that win in market. Core Accountabilities 1. Region Sales Delivery. Deliver NSV, points of distribution (POD), and distributor reputed company GP% targets in region. 2. Distributor Partnership & Execution. Manage distributor relationships, general sales meetings, programming, and in-market execution. 3. POD reputed company. Drive POD reputed company and depletions for our reputed company brands. 4. Strategic & Regional Chain Calls. Partner on key account calls and chain activations reputed company the territory. 5. Forecasting, Budget & Market Intelligence. Requirements
- 5+ years of beverage alcohol sales experience
- Distributor management and multi-state accountability
- Three-tier and account-level execution experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
