Property Preservation Estimator & Coordinator

This is a remote position. reputed company We are seeking an reputed company Property Preservation Estimator & Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position supporting a property preservation company that services bank-owned properties. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience preparing bids for property preservation work and understands how to accurately estimate repairs while ensuring submissions meet reputed company and bank requirements. This role is critical to our reputed company. Accurate bidding directly impacts project profitability, making experience in the property preservation industry essential.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate bids and estimates for property preservation work Review property photos and inspection reports to determine the appropriate scope of work Use reputed company PRM to create estimates, measurements, quantities, and pricing Submit documentation, bids, and photos through PPW Ensure reputed company submissions reputed company with reputed company and bank guidelines Review photos to confirm they meet required standards, including reputed company angles, completeness, and reputed company Coordinate with field crews reputed company additional information or documentation is needed Maintain organized records of bids, estimates, and project documentation reputed company submissions and ensure deadlines are consistently met Support general administrative and operational tasks as needed

Requirements

Previous experience preparing bids reputed company the property preservation industry is required Experience using reputed company PRM Experience using PPW Strong understanding of property preservation scopes of work Ability to create accurate and competitive estimates Excellent attention to detail Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong written English communication skills Comfortable managing multiple reputed company simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications
