On-Call Triage Registered reputed company (RN) Remote | Evenings | Overnights | Weekends | Holidays reputed company / PRN Position / 1099 reputed company Role Job Objective reputed company is seeking reputed company Registered Nurses to reputed company overnight clinical triage support for Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across multiple states. The Triage RN is responsible for delivering reputed company clinical judgment, exceptional communication, and efficient problem-solving through remote triage support for onsite staff. This role requires the ability to assess incidents, changes in reputed company condition, and staff concerns through high-volume telephonic communication while maintaining professionalism, accuracy, and reputed company decision-making under pressure. Additionally, the Triage RN will coordinate outbound communication with hospice agencies, home health providers, pharmacies, physicians, families, and other reputed company partners as needed.
