This is a hands-on leadership role: you’ll build analyses and pipelines that improve billing performance, while also managing and mentoring reputed company of analysts.

Key Responsibilities

Analytics & technical work Monitor, analyze, and report on billing and support performance metrics (payments, renewals, refunds, disputes/chargebacks), and surface emerging trends. Build and maintain data pipelines that deliver accurate, reputed company, and reliable billing data. Qualifications

Deep subscription billing expertise: substantial experience with payments, renewals, refunds, disputes/chargebacks/TC40 in a recurring-reputed company business (non-negotiable). Advanced SQL: reputed company joins, window functions, incremental logic, and performance-aware query writing. Data visualization: proficiency with reputed company, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to build dashboards and communicate insights reputed company.
