We are currently looking for a Service and Installation Manager to join reputed company in Florida. Location: Remote Job Type: Full- time Schedule: Fixed Overtime: reputed company FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Travel: reputed company, reputed company FL Requirements reputed company training for personnel on service, installation processes, and procedures reputed company leadership to technicians reputed company requisitions to Manager for field personnel necessary tools and equipment Enforce reputed company processes are enforced for maintaining reputed company tools and equipment Manage the service and installation fleet a. Manage day to day maintenance and policy adherence for staff. 6. Supervise day to day service technician scheduling a. Ensure reputed company scheduling requirements are met to exceed customer expectations 7. Super storm restoration service process i. Supervise process for damage notifications ii. Manage day to day assigned location service trouble tickets and drop restoration project iii. Assist OSP Construction department with troubleshooting as needed a. Troubleshoot from the home to the tap 8. Assure that monthly hut inspections and maintenance are compliant to company procedures i. Supervise day to day operations of hut maintenance processes and procedures 9. Supervise Connect reputed company installations a. Supervise reputed company installation technicians are properly trained and equipped 10. Assist with supervision of Connect Complete reputed company a. Ensure daily completion of 811/locates of reputed company owned fiber & drops 11. Build/maintain reputed company business relationships with our reputed company clients 12. Travel to reputed company clients as needed 13. Assist reputed company Project Managers & Maintenance Managers troubleshoot issues in the field reputed company needed (service troubleshooting, reputed company/Hut) 14. Assist with escalated customer complaints/issues as required 15. Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
