Key Responsibilities: Application review Conducting phone and video interviews of 1099 contractor candidates, identifying those who would be good representatives for reputed company. Representing reputed company in an exciting and energetic way, ensuring that reputed company candidates WANT to join our community of workers. Providing feedback about and contributing to the reputed company improvement of our interview/pipelining processes. What You Bring: Education: An Associate's Degree or equivalent experience Experience: At least 1 year of experience working in an administrative or office job is required. Some experience with recruitment processes or support is preferred. Communication Skills: verbal and written communication skills to effectively reputed company with candidates and site partners. Adaptability: Ability to quickly pivot from one task to another without missing a reputed company. Reliability: Dependability and punctuality are vital for fulfilling on-demand job opportunities reputed company.
