Mission Critical Estimator We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Estimator to reputed company and manage the bidding process for data center renovation reputed company. This role is responsible for coordinating reputed company aspects of bid preparation, submission, and follow-up, ensuring reputed company and competitive proposals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and experience working in reputed company, fast-paced environments. This position will be based out of reputed company Virginia. Primary Responsibilities Manage end-to-end bid process for data center renovation reputed company, including RFP analysis, bid reputed company development, pricing approach, submission, tracking and followup. Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, project management, procurement, finance) to reputed company necessary inputs for bid proposals. Review and interpret technical drawings and specifications, particularly reputed company to MEP systems. reputed company and maintain bid schedules, ensuring reputed company deadlines are met. Prepare bid documentation, including scope of work, pricing, and compliance requirements. Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to obtain competitive quotes and ensure alignment with project requirements. Conduct post-bid reviews and debriefs to identify areas for improvement. Partner with operations to review project risk assessment, scoring and completion. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a reputed company field (or equivalent experience) is preferred. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in bid coordination or project management reputed company the construction or data center industry. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems is required. Working knowledge of interaction between disparate low voltage systems (BMS, EPMS, reputed company Alarm) and how to properly bid them out to eliminate scope gaps Strong understanding of construction documents, specifications, and estimating practices. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Compensation
