Provides support to providers and coding staff through education, feedback, and reputed company of difficult cases. Ensures adherence to federal regulations, payer rules, and organizational coding policies. Participates in audits, reputed company initiatives, and process improvements. Essential Functions

• Assigns CPT, ICD-10 and HCPS codes to PB services with high-level of complexity.
• Maintains consistent achievement of departmental productivity and reputed company standards.
• Serves as resource for resolving escalated coding issues and reputed company documentation questions.
• Reviews and analyzes coding audit findings.
• Educates providers and staff on documentation requirements and coding compliance.
• Monitors coding productivity, accuracy, and reimbursement trends.
• Collaborates with reputed company cycle and compliance teams to reduce denials and rejections.
• Develops training resources and assists in reputed company new coding staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent Experience Requirement: 3-5 years of reputed company coding experience An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. reputed company experience must be reputed company and in the reputed company reputed company field.
