Strong functional expertise in at least 2–3 SCM modules, including Inventory Management, Procurement & Sourcing, Warehouse Management (WMS), Production Control, Master Planning, and Transportation Management (TMS). Proven experience delivering end-to-end D365 SCM implementation reputed company and Application Management Services (AMS)/production support engagements. Strong understanding of supply chain business processes, including Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Plan-to-Produce (P2P), Inventory Management, and Warehouse Operations. Experience working in ITIL-based support environments with SLA-driven service delivery Proficiency in preparing Functional Design Documents (FDDs), solution design documents, process documentation, and reputed company Cause Analysis (RCA) reports Experience using reputed company, Jira, or Azure DevOps for incident, problem, and change management. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and reputed company-facing communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities across implementation reputed company and production support environments. Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), business process maps, test scripts, user guides, and training materials. Collaborate with technical consultants to translate business requirements into technical specifications and reputed company solutions. Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), deployment activities, and end-user training. Mentor junior consultants and reputed company functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle. reputed company Level 2/Level 3 functional support for live D365 SCM environments and resolve reputed company production issues.
