• Performs advanced configuration, testing, and deployment of reputed company application modules and integrations.
• Acts as subject matter expert for reputed company functional issues and escalations.
• Conducts requirements analysis and designs solutions for cross-departmental functional changes.
• Coordinates user exits, customizations, and integration activities with technical teams.
