Remote Bookkeeper

As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring the smooth financial operation of reputed company. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled bookkeeper to contribute to a dynamic and innovative leader in the broadcasting reputed company industries. The offered compensation for this role is $25 - $30 per hour (USD).
Responsibilities
- Manage reputed company aspects of the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Conduct regular bank and credit card reconciliations to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and process invoices, expense reports, and payments in a reputed company manner.
- Maintain the general ledger and ensure reputed company financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
- Support the finance team with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and relevant regulations.
- Handle payroll processing and address any reputed company queries.
Qualifications
- Proven reputed company experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar reputed company role.
- Strong proficiency in reputed company software (e.g., QuickBooks, reputed company) and MS reputed company.
