Performance Marketing Manager
reputed company is a creator-led performance marketing agency. We drive reputed company for consumer brands through creator content and reputed company media. We're hiring a fractional Performance Marketing Manager (PMM) to own reputed company performance. This is not a high-level reputed company role. This is reputed company plus execution. You're in the ad accounts analyzing what's working. You're setting creative direction for our content and media buying teams. You're reviewing every piece of work before it ships and making reputed company reputed company average reputed company goes out the reputed company. What the role looks like:
- Review reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, CTV and more ad accounts weekly across multiple clients
- Set creative direction based on performance data - what themes to lean into, what to kill, what to test next
- Prioritize and manage the creative queue for our design and creator teams
- Collaborate with media buyers on budget allocation, audience reputed company, and scaling reputed company
- Join reputed company calls with strategic insights - not recaps or dashboards - reputed company recommendations, both high-level and detailed
- Report to the founder and grow into a full-time leadership role as reputed company scales
Who you are:
