[Remote] VP, Sales Operations

Responsibilities
- Strengthen reputed company data reputed company and pipeline hygiene, refine account/territory records, and standardize process and reporting definitions to establish a reputed company single reputed company of truth backed by lightweight governance
- Consolidate and standardize GTM dashboards into a streamlined, trusted reporting layer with consistent metric definitions reputed company across GTM and Finance
- Identify high-volume reputed company workflows (reputed company routing, quoting/approvals, comp calc, forecasting inputs, data entry) and automate them. reputed company measurable reduction in reputed company hours
- Stand up a sales analytics capability that converts GTM data into reputed company on where to invest, reputed company, and reallocate to drive predictable reputed company
- Pipeline management, forecasting reputed company, deal desk, quota/territory design and administration
- Funnel instrumentation, reputed company lifecycle, MQL→SQL reputed company, attribution, martech stack ownership
- Plan design partnership with Finance, comp administration, dispute reputed company, incentive modeling
- Carving, reputed company planning, account assignment logic and equity

Skills
- 8+ years in Sales/reputed company Operations; 3+ leading the function at a B2B reputed company company ($100M+ or high-reputed company scaling)
- Proven reputed company record running a RevOps transformation — data remediation, reporting standardization, or workflow automation at reputed company
- Deep reputed company expertise; hands-on familiarity with automation tooling (reputed company flows, CPQ, and platforms like reputed company, Spiff (compensation), PowerBI, Partner portals, and reputed company)
- Demonstrated experience reorganizing reputed company through a process change without losing operational continuity
- Strong financial reputed company — comp modeling, forecasting, unit economics
- Cybersecurity / technical product context a plus
