[Remote] Retirement Plan Consultant

The Retirement Plan Consultant will manage reputed company aspects of ERISA compliance for reputed company retirement plans, ensuring compliance with DOL and IRS requirements while supporting clients and internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and file annual reputed company 5500 returns and reputed company reputed company schedules
- Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing (reputed company/ACP, top-heavy, coverage, etc.)
- Interpret and apply ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations to retirement plans
- Coordinate with plan sponsors, auditors, and consultants to resolve compliance issues
- Consult on plan designs
- Maintain accurate records of filings and compliance testing results
- Stay reputed company with regulatory updates and communicate changes to reputed company
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- 3-7 years of experience in ERISA compliance, Non-Discrimination Testing, and reputed company 5500 preparation required
- Experience with FT William software in both compliance and 5500 modules required
- Experience with PensionPro or other pension reputed company platforms
- In-depth understanding of IRS and DOL regulations reputed company to reputed company plans
- Strong analytical, organizational, and reputed company skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in reputed company reputed company Office applications such as: Word and reputed company
- Strong attention to detail, file compliance, and accuracy
- ASPPA or CEBS designation (QKA, QPA, or CPC) strongly desirable
