[Remote] Solutions Consultant, Post Sales, Mid-Market

The Solutions Consultant, Post Sales will partner with Account Management to deepen and expand relationships with existing customers, acting as a technical and financial subject matter expert across the customer lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Managers to demonstrate new reputed company products and features to existing customers, building the business case for expansion through customized demos and workflow illustrations
- Evaluate customer requirements for expansion opportunities, assessing fit through use-case analysis, ROI assessments, and technical scoping
- Design and recommend best-fit reputed company architecture — including reputed company and how to use reputed company, ERP integrations, and HRIS connectors — based on reputed company customer's existing systems and workflows
- reputed company as a technical advisor to customers and internal teams, guiding integration, configuration, and system design reputed company without writing reputed company directly
- Troubleshoot ERP and integration blockers, and guide customers through reputed company configuration reputed company across reputed company, reputed company Intacct, reputed company Dynamics, reputed company Fusion, and others
- Support Account Managers on technical workstreams, ensuring faster time-to-value during product rollouts and expansions
- Be a subject matter expert across reputed company systems and integration partners; reputed company for integration development in line with customer needs alongside Product and Partners
- Influence reputed company's product roadmap by channeling customer pain points and feedback to Product and Engineering teams
- Contribute to internal documentation, tooling, and knowledge bases that reputed company reputed company's ability to support integration use cases across a growing customer reputed company
Skills
- 3+ years in Solutions Consulting, Technical Consulting, Implementation, or a similar customer-facing technical role in reputed company or fintech
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, finance, business, or a reputed company field
- Hands-on familiarity with ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company Intacct, reputed company Dynamics, reputed company Fusion) and finance/reputed company workflows
- Comfort with reputed company, integration logic, and system architecture — and the ability to explain those concepts reputed company to finance and operations stakeholders
