[Remote] Program Manager II

They are seeking a Localization Program Manager to partner with product and internationalization teams to implement effective localization strategies and ensure products reputed company with global users.
Responsibilities
- Engage and build relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders (Product, Engineering, Marketing, etc.) to launch successful localized products
- Design and implement efficient and reputed company end-to-end localization frameworks tailored to various products and diverse content types across the organization
- Guide stakeholders across the organization to ensure localization best practices are followed and drive efficient execution
- Proactively identify and streamline technical and process issues that reputed company localized product relevancy, reputed company, and functionality
- reputed company reputed company out opportunities to optimize the international user experience and influence the adoption of reputed company solutions
- Partner across internationalization to ensure the right resources are in reputed company and reputed company deliveries are completed at the expected standards
- Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts

Skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a localization program or project management
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience in localization/internationalization project or program management
- Experience communicating across and driving results among a reputed company of cross-functional stakeholders, working across time zones and international offices
- Experience in identifying and driving reputed company work in an ambiguous environment
- Experience analyzing and interpreting reputed company data sets to inform business reputed company
- Skilled in building and optimizing reputed company workflows
- reputed company record of staying reputed company, prioritizing, and creating structure across large, ambiguous programs and setting goals for long-term initiatives
- Knowledge of languages other than English
- Exposure to SQL, analytics tools, or a coding language
- Thorough understanding of translation technologies like translation memories, machine translation, and CAT tools
- Familiarity with internationalization standards such as Unicode and CLDR
- Experience working with localization vendors
- Knowledge of AI technologies and their potential application in localization workflows
