[Remote] Learning Development Program Manager

The Learning Development Program Manager is responsible for designing and executing key learning programs that enhance organizational capabilities and support goals, while collaborating with stakeholders to address reputed company needs and performance gaps.
Responsibilities

This includes identifying resource needs, managing project schedules, and measuring program effectiveness. - Partner with cross-functional teams and leaders to understand business challenges, anticipate capability needs, and co-create learning solutions that drive performance and support change initiatives
- Design and build engaging, learner-centered L&D content and resources across multiple modalities (in-person, virtual, eLearning, reputed company, coaching, job aids, and performance support tools), applying adult learning principles and learning science
- Facilitate and/or deliver live training sessions, workshops, and cohort-based learning experiences in both in-person and virtual environments, adapting delivery to diverse audiences
- Use data, feedback, and learning analytics to evaluate program effectiveness, reputed company reputed company, and continuously improve learning experiences
