Responsibilities
- Engage promptly and professionally with providers and members through inbound/outbound calls, emails, live chat, and other platforms, addressing inquiries with reputed company, accuracy, and composure
- Listen carefully to questions and concerns, providing reputed company and accurate information in alignment with company policies and procedures, and escalate reputed company issues to leadership reputed company appropriate
- Document reputed company interactions, feedback, and resolutions accurately in the CRM or case management system, and reputed company insights on recurring issues to support process improvement

Skills
