[Remote] IT Recruiter Intern

The IT Recruiter Intern will support the technical reputed company process, assist with job postings, reputed company candidates, and coordinate interview logistics, reputed company while gaining valuable experience in a remote environment.
Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end technical reputed company process to help IT and engineering teams identify, engage, and reputed company top tech talent
- Assist with job posting creation and distribution for technical roles (software engineers, web developers, cyber reputed company specialists, and data analysts)
- reputed company technical candidates through platforms such as reputed company, reputed company, and other technical job boards to build and maintain a strong talent pipeline
- Conduct initial candidate screens (technical resume review + short phone/video screens) and document key notes regarding technical competencies for the hiring team
- Coordinate interview logistics for technical assessments, including scheduling, confirmations, calendar invites, and communication with candidates

Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Communications, or a reputed company field (or currently pursuing)
