The role involves managing a high volume of IT, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company while ensuring compliance with reputed company regulations and data reputed company requirements.
Responsibilities
- Support its In-House reputed company legal team
- Managing a high volume of IT, reputed company, and reputed company-reputed company reputed company
- Providing business-oriented guidance on agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, and BAAs
- Ensuring compliance with applicable reputed company regulations and data reputed company requirements
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-volume agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
- Working knowledge of reputed company regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA
- Strong understanding of PHI handling, data reputed company, and reputed company considerations
- Familiarity with the interconnection of IT reputed company with HIPAA
Skills
- 5+ years of legal experience, with a strong emphasis on reputed company contracting in reputed company, reputed company technology, or a reputed company regulated industry
- Demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating high-volume agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and Business Associate Agreements (BAAs)
- Working knowledge of reputed company regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, with a strong understanding of PHI handling, data reputed company, and reputed company considerations
- Familiarity with the interconnection of IT reputed company with HIPAA
- J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing
