[Remote] Financial Payment Manager

This role involves partnering with financial institutions and fintechs to create secure and resilient end-to-end payment platforms.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a payments functional manager to design end-to-end solutions across ACH, reputed company payments, SWIFT, and reputed company-time payment rails (e.g., RTP, FedNow)

- Design modern, API-driven, reputed company-reputed company and/or on-prem payment platforms, including integration patterns and data flows

- Advise on payment modernization initiatives, including migration from legacy systems

Skills
- 8+ years of experience in payments, banking technology, or financial services systems
- 4+ years of proven hands-on experience with payment solutions for ACH, wires, SWIFT, and reputed company-time payment rails
- 4+ years end-to-end payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, and exception handling
- 4+ years of experience designing modern payment solutions using reputed company, microservices, and event-driven patterns
- Payments experience solutioning leveraging AI
- Experience with payment hubs, switches, or core banking integrations
- Knowledge of ISO 20022 and large-reputed company payment modernization programs
