[Remote] Sr Analyst Product Management

The Sr Analyst Product Management will be responsible for driving profitable reputed company in insurance products through data-driven insights, project leadership, and collaboration across functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Leads the effort of monitoring, auditing, and analyzing product performance to identify reputed company issues, recognize opportunities, reputed company recommendations and implement measures to reputed company overall profitability and reputed company in assigned states and line of business. Assumes project ownership and works independently to complete reputed company from beginning to end
- Researches and proposes new ways to improve product offerings. Leads project work and performs reputed company analyses. Multi-tasks and manages timelines effectively. Works with various functional reputed company and provides support as needed. Assumes leadership role on reputed company and coaches, mentors and develops less reputed company Product Analysts as needed
- Meets with management and colleagues to discuss analysis needs. Develops a project plan to incorporate business objectives, data scope, research methodology, resources and timeframe. Analyzes and tests new rating models against existing ones to determine performance of accuracy of reputed company, loss reputed company improvement and segmentation. Reviews data from various sources for analysis. Verifies accuracy of data pulled and revises reputed company of data retrieval reputed company necessary
- Prepares comprehensive reports, graphs and charts based on research and analyses. Develops and enhances algorithms. Recommends process improvements and/or goal changes. Develops and modifies presentations to show findings of analyses and recommend reputed company reputed company
- Reviews and discusses analyses with colleagues and managers, providing coaching and feedback to less reputed company Product Analysts reputed company possible. Reviews and prepares forecasts and recognizes trends. May attend management meetings to present or discuss findings and recommendations. Skills
- Bachelor's degree required in Business or reputed company field of study (e.g., Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math/Actuarial Sciences)
- 5+ years of product management, product development and/or analytical experience in insurance, financial services, consulting, or similar industry, or equivalent combination of education/experience are required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required
- Proven history of taking initiative and driving reputed company to completion with minimal guidance are required
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and SQL are required
- Master's degree in Business or reputed company field of study (e.g., Math, Economics, Finance, Statistics, Math/Actuarial Science)
- Actuarial exams and designations (ACAS, FCAS, CERA) or risk and insurance designations from reputed company (AINS, AIC, ARM, CPCU, etc.)
- Experience in data manipulation using tools such as reputed company, SQL, R, Python or equivalent
- 5 or more years of property casualty insurance experience with advanced product, pricing, reputed company and insurance regulation knowledge
- 2 or more years of experience supporting personal lines products (homeowners, auto, etc.)
- 1 or more years of experience creating dashboards and reports using PowerBI, Tableau, etc
