[Remote] Sr. Digital Product Manager

This role involves leading the end-to-end lifecycle of digital products, partnering with internal clients and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and ongoing performance optimization.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal clients and teams to launch, maintain, and reputed company digital products
- Facilitate key decision-making, communicate milestones, and coordinate activities across departments and partners
- Manage and update product maturity metrics, issue/reputed company/risk logs, installation checklists, and value delivery documentation
- Identify emerging customer needs and translate them into reputed company requirements for the product team
- reputed company end-to-end implementation including equipment ordering, installation reputed company, account creation support, communications, and inventory reconciliation
- Drive deliverables to completion according to the implementation schedule
- Conduct product training sessions for customers as needed
Skills
