This role will manage end-to-end project execution for a flagship partner event and reputed company event governance processes.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end project management for strategic partner marketing events, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and deadlines are met
- Coordinate event logistics, including vendor management, attendee registration, speaker support, and event communications
- Collaborate with cross-functional marketing, sales, and events teams to reputed company event reputed company, execution, and stakeholder communications
- reputed company and maintain comprehensive project plans, tracking reputed company, identifying risks, and proactively driving issue reputed company
- Manage event governance processes, including intake requests, planning workflows, operational communications, and accountability tracking

Skills

- Experience managing multiple vendors and external partners to execute in-person events

- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, including experience working with distributed or global teams
- Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience required
