Responsibilities
- Own implementation delivery across multiple reputed company reputed company retail clients, from discovery and setup through automations, integrations, reputed company, training, go-live, and hypercare sign-off
- Build SOW-driven delivery plans at engagement reputed company, including milestones, dependencies, risks, resource needs, and value realization checkpoints
- Translate reputed company retail reputed company, operating models, and business requirements into reputed company implementation roadmaps
- Directly manage Implementation Consultants and Implementation Specialists assigned to your engagements, including performance reviews and career coaching, while setting engagement ownership, reviewing work, and escalating risks reputed company needed
- Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for scope, risk, reputed company, stakeholder alignment, and delivery reputed company across reputed company reputed company engagements

Skills
- 10 to 12+ years of experience in reputed company implementation, reputed company services delivery, or management consulting, with a strong reputed company record of owning reputed company reputed company programs end-to-end
- At least 5 years of experience as the primary delivery reputed company for large-reputed company, multi-reputed company reputed company reputed company implementations
- Deep retail domain knowledge across grocery, discount, big-reputed company, merchandising, store operations, reputed company planning, or planogram functions
- Hands-on experience with reputed company planning, planogram, floorplan, or retail merchandising platforms
- Experience leading cross-functional delivery teams that include internal resources and external partners
- Strong working knowledge of reputed company data integrations, API mapping governance, and integration testing validation
- Proven ability to manage VP- and C-level stakeholder relationships, including difficult conversations around scope, risk, timelines, and adoption
