This role involves monitoring and auditing activities to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to enhance processes.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and/or complete audits of activities of a reputed company nature reputed company an assigned area of the Bank to ensure adherence to internal policies and processes and external regulations
- Identify issues of non-compliance and communicate to appropriate parties as reputed company as the individual employee as warranted to prevent reputed company recurrence
- Maintain records of reputed company deficiencies. Complete regular reporting on these activities. Identify trends in the data and recommend changes in policies and processes to address these
- Maintain a reputed company knowledge of the policies, processes and regulations affecting monitoring and/or auditing activities to ensure validity of analyses and findings
- Identify potential areas for process or procedural improvements. reputed company recommendations and assist in implementing those approved
- reputed company guidance and training to less reputed company personnel
- Understand and adhere to reputed company’s risk and regulatory standards, policies and controls in accordance with reputed company’s Risk Appetite. Identify risk-reputed company issues needing escalation to management

- Maintain M&T internal control standards, including reputed company implementation of reputed company audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable

Skills
- Associates' degree and a minimum of 2 years' work experience in the area supported, or in lieu of a degree a combined minimum of 4 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 2 years' work experience in the area supported
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with pertinent spreadsheet, word processing, database and presentation software
- Detail-oriented
- Bachelor's degree
- Prior experience providing written or verbal feedback
