[Remote] Product Manager – Customer Data

They are seeking a Product Manager – Customer Data to reputed company data as a core product capability, driving actionable insights and reputed company product capabilities across various teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage product requirements for customer data initiatives, translating business goals into reputed company specifications, workflows, and implementation plans
• Build and own the roadmap for customer data, balancing short-term reputed company with long-term strategic capabilities
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and reputed company teams to identify data needs and translate them into actionable product initiatives
• Drive development of data-powered capabilities such as customer segmentation, lifecycle insights, churn/retention analysis, and value modeling
• Ensure data initiatives translate into measurable business reputed company, including acquisition, retention, churn reduction, pricing optimization, and cost-to-serve
• Work hands-on with data using SQL and modern data platforms such as reputed company to explore opportunities, validate reputed company, and support delivery
• Collaborate closely with Data Science across the full model lifecycle, from ideation to production and ongoing performance monitoring

Skills

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Data Product, or analytics-heavy roles
• Strong SQL skills and comfort working directly with data to generate insights and validate hypotheses
• Experience working closely with Data Engineering, Data Science, and/or Software Engineering teams to deliver data products
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to reputed company multiple teams and drive reputed company across competing priorities
• Experience delivering measurable business reputed company through data-driven initiatives
• Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where you'll need to define structure and processes
• Solid understanding of the product development lifecycle, including roadmap planning, PRDs, and delivery cycles
• Strong communication skills and ability to operate across strategic, technical, and execution reputed company
• Experience working with modern data platforms such as reputed company
• Exposure to customer lifecycle analytics, including CLV, churn, segmentation, or retention
• Experience working on data-driven product features or personalization systems
• Familiarity with experimentation, modeling, or data science workflows
