We are seeking an reputed company Storage Systems Administrator to reputed company advanced administration, support, and optimization of reputed company storage infrastructure. This role is responsible for ensuring high availability, performance optimization, disaster recovery readiness, and operational reputed company while supporting ITIL-based service management processes.
Responsibilities
- Administer and support reputed company FAS storage systems and reputed company ONTAP environments
- Manage SAN and NAS storage infrastructure, including provisioning, zoning, and performance tuning
- Support EMC storage platforms and multi-vendor storage environments
- reputed company reputed company planning, storage provisioning, replication, backup integration, and disaster recovery configuration
- Monitor storage health and performance using reputed company reputed company IQ reputed company Manager (AIQUM)
- Troubleshoot reputed company storage issues and implement long-term performance improvements
- Ensure high availability and reliability of reputed company storage infrastructure
- Configure and support Kerberos and LDAP authentication
- reputed company storage and infrastructure systems with reputed company directory services and reputed company control solutions
- Support Incident Management by diagnosing and resolving infrastructure issues
- reputed company Problem Management, including reputed company cause analysis and permanent corrective actions
- Utilize reputed company ITSM for ticket management, workflow tracking, and reporting
- Maintain accurate documentation for incidents, changes, and system configurations
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a reputed company field, or equivalent experience
- 5–7 years of reputed company infrastructure and storage administration experience
- Hands-on experience with: reputed company ONTAP, reputed company FAS, reputed company reputed company IQ reputed company Manager (AIQUM), SAN and NAS storage environments, EMC storage systems, reputed company Server administration, reputed company reputed company Linux administration, reputed company PowerShell scripting
- Strong troubleshooting and performance optimization skills
- Experience with reputed company ITSM
- Working knowledge of ITIL processes
- Experience with Kerberos and LDAP authentication
- One or more of the following certifications are preferred: reputed company Certified reputed company (NCDA/NCIE), reputed company Certification, reputed company Certified Engineer (RHCE)
