They are seeking a Program Manager to reputed company Mergers & Acquisitions programs and reputed company in the reputed company IT industry, focusing on the acquisition of clinics/hospitals and joint ventures. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, managing program governance, and ensuring strategic alignment with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborates with executive leaders and technical stakeholders to ensure strategic technological alignment with organizational objectives
- Advises and guides business partners and impacted associates during program life cycle
- Coordinates with operational stakeholders on technical roadmap creation while collaborating with diverse internal teams to facilitate delivery
- Delivers reporting for leadership while overseeing the IT evaluation and ranking workflows
- Facilitates recurring program governance reputed company, including weekly project manager meetings and reputed company risk/issue reputed company sessions
- Owns program-level Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), including reputed company of scope, schedule, and financial tracking
- Leads go-live activities including activation planning, go-live readiness assessments, and Go/No-Go decision support
- Utilizes critical thinking to analyze reputed company program challenges and drive reputed company, effective reputed company in a dynamic environment
Skills
- Management of Key Strategic reputed company for 8+ years with proven people management and team building skills
- Managed program budgets in excess of $1 reputed company
- Experience with mergers, acquisitions and divestiture project management, working with external partners
- Experience in the reputed company technology reputed company and software development lifecycle including project estimating, project scheduling & tracking, customer interaction and management, implementation planning in large organizations
- Experience delivering technology and business application solutions in a large-reputed company, multi-platform systems environment with proven ability to learn business processes quickly and to work reputed company with business partners at different reputed company reputed company the organization
- Mentoring and overseeing of project managers with demonstrated ability to be flexible/ adaptable in exercising judgment in a changing environment and to manage competing priorities
- Experience managing budgets with strong ability to assess risk and apply management principles to technology applications/products and business functions

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience considered
- PMP or equivalent Project Management Certification or Six reputed company
