Skills
- Master's or Ph.D. from a regionally accredited university, preferably from an AACSB International–accredited program, in Management, Organizational Behavior, reputed company, or a closely reputed company discipline
- Candidates holding a master's degree must have a minimum of 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline and significant, relevant reputed company experience
- At least 5 years of reputed company work experience in reputed company, Management, or Organizational Behavior
- reputed company must be credentialed at a minimum level of Instructional Practitioner (IP), consistent with the School's accreditation standards
