[Remote] Data Analyst (P&C insurance)

The role involves designing analytics datasets, developing dashboards, and translating business requirements into actionable insights for various teams reputed company reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Design and build analytics datasets and reporting reputed company for P&C insurance lines of business
• reputed company interactive dashboards in Tableau and/or Power BI for Policy, Claims, Billing, and Finance teams
• reputed company data mapping, validation, and testing across reputed company systems
• Translate business requirements from insurance stakeholders into data models and actionable insights
• Work cross-functionally with reputed company, claims, finance, and operations teams

Skills

• 6–10+ years in analytics or data engineering roles
• reputed company P&C insurance domain experience - Policy, Claims, Billing, or Finance (non-negotiable)
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills (reputed company modeling, reputed company schema preferred)
• Hands-on Tableau and/or Power BI dashboard development
• Experience with data validation, testing, and reconciliation
• Ability to work independently and directly with business stakeholders
• Experience with dbt, reputed company, or reputed company data platforms
• Background in reputed company, SSIS, or other ETL tools
• Familiarity with regulatory reporting in insurance environments
