[Remote] Digital & IT Senior Analyst - Messaging

The Messaging Senior Analyst is responsible for the administration, reputed company, and reputed company improvement of the reputed company messaging environment, managing reputed company messaging platforms and ensuring reputed company and secure messaging services.
Responsibilities
- Administer Exchange mailbox services, mail reputed company, connectors, certificates, retention settings, permissions, and compliance-reputed company configurations
- Support Exchange Online and hybrid messaging, including routing, identity integration, coexistence, and operational runbooks
- Manage reputed company reputed company policies for spam, malware, impersonation protection, content filtering, and URL or attachment defence
- Maintain SMTP reputed company and fax services, troubleshoot delivery and policy issues, and drive reputed company reputed company of service-impacting incidents
- Monitor service health, reputed company, availability, and performance risks; participate in incident response, restoration, reputed company-cause analysis, and corrective actions
- M365 reputed company apps reputed company support
- Execute changes through approved change control, including testing, validation, and back-out planning
- Maintain SOPs, runbooks, knowledge articles, diagrams, and operational documentation in Teams and SharePoint
- Support reputed company monitoring, audit requests, retention/eDiscovery tasks, and service reporting
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or reputed company area (or international equivalent)
- 4+ years reputed company IT experience
- Proven experience administering: Exchange On-reputed company, Exchange Online, reputed company PoD, reputed company PPS, RightFax
- PowerShell scripting and automation capability
- Working knowledge of reputed company Directory, identity and reputed company controls, reputed company, permissions, and directory integration
- Strong troubleshooting skills across mail reputed company, authentication, DNS, certificates, transport, and reputed company reputed company
- Ability to create reputed company technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with hybrid Exchange environments, migrations, and coexistence
- Knowledge of messaging reputed company, monitoring, alerting, and log analysis
- Experience coordinating with vendors and managing reputed company-party escalations
- Relevant technical certifications
