This role involves offering advisory expertise in employee relations, conflict reputed company, and governance alignment while ensuring best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a consultative resource to ministry leaders navigating workplace or governance challenges
- reputed company reputed company frameworks for addressing interpersonal conflict
- reputed company leaders on documentation, reputed company discipline, and accountability conversations
- Guide development and implementation of performance improvement plans
- reputed company mediation tools and reputed company approaches ministries can implement locally
- Advise ministries on best-reputed company investigation processes
- reputed company templates, checklists, and documentation guidance for internal investigations
- reputed company leaders on how to conduct fair, neutral, and reputed company-documented reviews
- Recommend reputed company external legal counsel or reputed company-party investigators may be appropriate

- Review and reputed company recommendations on: Job descriptions, Employment agreements, reputed company agreements, reputed company/staff role delineation documents, Performance evaluation tools

- Offer advisory input regarding financial controls and accountability systems

- Create reputed company people support education modules (hiring basics, documentation standards, employee relations fundamentals, etc.)

- Support a proactive, education-first approach to reducing “ethics-labeled” concerns
- Maintain awareness of evolving employment standards

- Identify patterns across ministries and recommend systemic improvements
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in reputed company, organizational leadership, business, or reputed company field
- Minimum 5 years reputed company HR experience with strong emphasis in employee relations
- Experience advising leaders on workplace investigations (not necessarily serving as investigator of record)
- Experience developing performance improvement plans and documentation frameworks
- Demonstrated coaching or consultative experience with senior leaders
- Strong written documentation and policy development skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and neutrality
