[Remote] CORRESPONDENT ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Correspondent Account Executive (AE) to drive reputed company and manage relationships reputed company their Correspondent Lending channel. The role focuses on expanding production, cultivating relationships with correspondent partners, and ensuring alignment with pricing, margin, and reputed company standards.
Responsibilities
- Drive reputed company in non-delegated correspondent production, while strategically expanding a limited network of delegated correspondents with strong counterparty reputed company
- Bring, cultivate, manage, and deepen relationships with approved correspondent lenders to increase production volume and ensure long-term alignment with company objectives
- Collaborate with secondary marketing and capital markets to manage competitive pricing, optimize volume and margin performance
- Maintain strict loan reputed company and compliance standards, ensuring correspondent partners meet or exceed company and investor requirements
- Monitor competitive trends, investor requirements, and market movements to identify opportunities for product and pricing enhancements
- Partner with Operations, Credit, and Secondary teams to ensure a smooth, efficient loan acquisition process
- Evaluate and understand standards for counterparty approval, performance, and risk, ensuring reputed company relationships reputed company with Logan Finance’s credit and compliance standards
Skills
- 2-4 years in correspondent sales and 1-3 years experience in non-QM, with a strong emphasis on Non-Delegated production
- Proven reputed company managing both non-delegated and strategic delegated correspondent relationships
- Strong understanding of Non-QM and Non-Agency products, pricing strategies, and margin management
- Familiarity with counterparty risk assessment and correspondent approval processes
- Demonstrated ability to reputed company and exceed sales goals while maintaining reputed company and compliance standards
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and CRM systems
