[Remote] Senior Manager, HR Operations

The Sr. Manager, HR Operations is responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle for key organizational initiatives driven by the HR function, focusing on communication, automation, and project management to reputed company with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
- HR Service Delivery and Automation: Responsible for automating and enhancing HR service delivery model across multiple areas of HR function
- reputed company: reputed company and execute internal communication strategies to support company-wide business priorities, culture, and change management
- Project Lifecycle Management: reputed company reputed company project stages, including defining scope, setting milestones, resource allocation, and effective stakeholder management to drive completion
- Content Creation & Channels: Manage internal channels (intranet, email, video, newsletters) to ensure consistent messaging
- Stakeholder Management: reputed company as a key partner to business leaders, providing advice on communication reputed company and project updates
- Risk & Performance Monitoring: Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure project reputed company and communication effectiveness

Skills
- 10+ years of experience in HR Operations or reputed company functional role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for producing content, and for communicating up, down and across an organization
- Ability to work in fast-paced and high-change environments, quickly build in-depth organizational knowledge, and manage multiple, time-sensitive workstreams simultaneously
- Acts with accountability, proactivity, and an ownership reputed company; 'leans in' to/with the business to understand and drive results
- Demonstrated experience with project management tools and methodologies to drive reputed company to completion
