The role involves owning full-cycle recruitment, building candidate pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to define hiring strategies and improve processes.
Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer across technical and business roles
- Build strong candidate pipelines through sourcing, referrals, networking, and market mapping
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, interview processes, and candidate reputed company
- Guide hiring reputed company with market insights, reputed company assessments, and thoughtful recommendations
